what we do

The Fisibul Internship Program is an immersive learning experience for young creatives and professionals. It is more than just training, it’s a launchpad for turning creativity into opportunity. Through guided learning, mentorship, and host-organization placements, interns not only gain practical skills and confidence but also discover how to monetize their expertise. By the end of the program, participants will be equipped to transform their skills into a business, brand, or enterprise, unlocking the innovation needed to thrive in today’s creative economy.

PROCESS AND DURATION

We have designed the programme to take Fisibuls through the following stages

Call for applications
Screening and selection
Onboarding
Training and mentorship
Work experience

This process lasts for a period of three (3) months, which can be on a full or part time basis

Timeline

1 Title

Eligibility Criteria

Open to undergraduates and recent graduates
Must have access to a laptop/desktop & internet
Must commit to the 10am–5pm, Monday–Friday schedule
Passion for content creation and digital innovation
They should be proficient in at least one of the digital tools for their chosen track
They must have a strong willingness to learn, adapt to remote work, and collaborate virtually.
